She Ripped My Heart Out - Part III: In the Ring
With all this time I now found myself with I took up all kinds of new pursuits, I decided to find my old form inside the ring so as soon as I found time I was off to Grechys Pound 4 Pound for some good wholesome heavy bag work. Problem was, I too often found myself in the ring sparing.
